Troy Boys & Girls Club of Troy.  Conveniently located at 3670 John R.  East side of John R.  North of Big Beaver.  

They are our hosting location and our PLATINUM SPONSOR. 

Sunday, June 21st - noon to 5pm.

There are several ways:

Sponsorships:  Platinum & Gold are sold.  We have three (3) Silver available $750 each.

Booths:  Single booth space $350 - Double booth space $600

Non Sponsor Giveaway packages - minimum of $100.  MUST NOT BE TIED TO A PURCHASE

Attend - there will be a $5 donation at the door.  For each $5 donation - attendees receive (5) raffle tickets for the five (5) main giveaways.  Each vendor will also have their own giveaway item. *

*Must be eighteen (18) or older to register to win any of the giveaways.

• Prominent Placement on all pre event marketing
• Prominent Placement on Signage the day of event
• Prominent Placement on all social media post promotion
• Provide specific social media post for THEIR social media campaigns
• Specific email campaign materials for their database

• Announcing EACH vendor, sponsor, and non-profit via our social media platforms
• Suppling EACH vendor, sponsor, and non-profit email campaign supplies
• Flyers distributed throughout the Troy community
• Event Program
• 25% discount on event supplies - table covers, printed marketing materials, booth signage, promotional giveaways, logo apparel, etc. (Via For Your Benefit Marketing suppliers)
• Training on best tips for:  booth display, lead gathering and follow-up methods.
• promote their giveaway item to public

DAY OF EVENT:

• assistance unloading booth supplies
• free parking
• free Wi-Fi
• pre-meeting to share best tips for engagement
• we will name capture all attendees
• gather giveaway submissions per vendor

POST EVENT:

• gather giveaway submissions
• pick winners
• notify winners 
• social media posts thanking both non-profits, sponsors, vendors & community, 
• distribute name capture information to vendors for follow-up with legal guidance - CANSPAM act.
• guidance how to further promote to both attendees, other vendors for direct and referral business.

We will guide you.  

• How you should set up your display
• What you should be handing out
• How to gather names of prospects SPECIFICALLY interested in YOUR products/services.
• How to properly follow-up.
